Celtic scored twice in the dying minutes to overturn a two-goal deficit and claim a dramatic 4-3 win over Aberdeen at Celtic Park on Saturday.

Kris Commons got the Hoops off to a flying start with a goal in the opening minute, but the Dons found themselves level by halftime thanks to Scott Vernon's goal in the 45th minute.

Aberdeen went two goals in front through a brace from Josh Magennis, who scored in the 53rd and 60th minutes, but Charlie Mulgrew pulled Celtic to within one eight minutes later.

It looked as if Celtic would be held to just its seventh loss of the Scottish Premier League season, but Gary Hooper equalized in the 87th minute before Georgios Samaras grabbed the game-winning goal in the fourth minute of added time to seal the win.

Celtic improves to 65 points on the season, winning a total of 20 matches to this point in the campaign. Aberdeen remains on 38 points.

Also on Saturday, Inverness jumped ahead of Ross County in the table by picking up a 2-1 win at the Caledonian Stadium. Andrew Shinnie and Paul Lawson exchanged first-half goals, but it was William McKay's penalty just before the hour mark that proved to be the difference on the day.

Inverness climbs to 47 points through 31 matches, two points better than Ross County.
