Four unanswered goals in the second half propelled Motherwell to a 4-1 win over Hibernian at Fir Park Stadium on Friday.

Tom Taiwo's goal midway through the first half handed Hibernian a 1-0 lead at the break, but things were very different in the second 45 minutes.

Michael Higdon notched the equalizing goal three minutes into the second half, giving him a league-leading 20 goals on the campaign.

James McFadden followed seven minutes later with a goal that put the home side in front, and Kallum Higginbotham and Tom Hateley both added goals of their own to secure three points for Motherwell, which moves five points clear of third-place Ross County.
