New Arkansas coach Bret Bielema (BEE'-leh-mah) will finally have a chance to settle into his new surroundings when the Razorbacks begin spring practices on Sunday.

Bielema has been busy with speaking engagements and recruiting since leaving Wisconsin in December. Beginning on Sunday, however, he'll have 15 practices to learn about his new team.

Arkansas was 4-8 last season after the firing of coach Bobby Petrino.

Bielema was hired to restore the program to the levels it reached while compiling a 21-5 record in Petrino's final two seasons.

First, however, he must find a new starting quarterback in the wake of Tyler Wilson's graduation — with senior Brandon Mitchell and sophomore Brandon Allen the two likely contenders for the job.
