Trey Freeman scored 22 points as the Campbell Camels got past the Presbyterian Blue House, 81-73, in an overtime matchup during the first round of the Big South Conference Tournament at the HTC Center.

Marvelle Harris added 15 points for Campbell (13-19) and Andrew Ryan tacked on 13 points. The Camels ended a three-game losing streak with the victory.

Four players scored in double figures for Presbyterian (8-24) led by Khalid Mutakabbir who netted 19 points. Joshua Clyburn added 16 points, Eric Washington had 12 points with 10 assists and Jordan Downing chipped in 10 points.

Campbell sprinted out to a 35-22 lead at halftime by shooting 43.8 percent from the field while holding Presbyterian to just five field goals on 33.3 percent shooting.

The tables turned in the second frame when the Blue Hose shot an incredible 69.2 percent from the floor to come roaring back. The Blue Hose trailed by five points with 18 seconds left but they forced turnovers on each of the Camels' final two possessions and Mutakabbir drained a 3-pointer at the buzzer to force overtime.

The Camels went on a 10-2 run to open the extra session and never looked back as they survived.

Campbell will face off with the No. 2 seed from the South Division, Gardner-Webb, in Thursday's quarterfinals.
