Clayton Kershaw struck out seven over three innings, and the Dodgers beat the Angels 10-8 Thursday to leave their Los Angeles rivals 0-5-2 at spring training.

Preparing to face San Francisco on April 1 in his third straight opening-day start, Kershaw allowed six hits and walked none.

Angels starter Jerome Williams gave up five runs — four earned — five hits and two walks in two innings.
