The Chicago Blackhawks will have forwards Marian Hossa and Dan Carcillo back in the lineup for Friday's game against the San Jose Sharks.

"I think both guys are ready to go. It's nice to see Danny back and Hossa getting out there again," said Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville.

Hossa left early in the third period of Tuesday's 4-3 shootout win over the Canucks with a possible head injury after receiving a forearm to the back of the head by Vancouver's Jannik Hansen early in the period. Hansen received a roughing minor on the play and was suspended for one game.

On the season, Hossa has eight goals and six assists in 16 games. He scored two goals in Tuesday's game before departing.

Carcillo, who has been sidelined by a knee injury, hasn't played since Chicago's season-opening 5-2 win in Los Angeles on Jan. 19.
