Juan Martin del Potro and Julien Benneteau will meet in Sunday's final at the $1.7 million ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament.

The second-seeded del Potro beat Grigor Dimitrov by a 6-4, 6-4 margin on the indoor hardcourts at Ahoy Rotterdam.

The former U.S. Open champion del Potro will appear in his second straight Rotterdam final. Roger Federer beat the Argentine in last year's marquee finale here.

Del Potro will play for his 14th career title when he faces Benneteau, who took down fifth-seeded Gilles Simon 6-4, 7-6 (7-2).

Benneteau, who stunned Federer in the quarterfinals, will be going for his first career title on Sunday.

Federer holds a 4-1 record against Benneteau in their all-time series.
