Danica Patrick has secured a ride for the Feb. 23 Nationwide Series season-opening race at Daytona International Speedway.

Turner Scott Motorsports announced on Thursday that Patrick will drive a fourth entry for the team in the 300-mile Nationwide race at Daytona. She will be behind the wheel of the No. 34 Chevrolet. GoDaddy.com is sponsoring Patrick's efforts and Mike Greci is serving as her crew chief for this event.

Patrick will partner with full-time TSM drivers Nelson Piquet Jr. (No. 30), Justin Allgaier (No. 31) and Kyle Larson (No. 32) at Daytona. She might compete in additional Nationwide races for the team later this season.

"I'm looking forward to competing in the Nationwide Series race at Daytona, driving the No.34 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet Camaro," Patrick said. "Turner Scott Motorsports is a great organization, and they've got great people to work with. I really have to thank everybody at GoDaddy for this opportunity. They are always so supportive of what I do."

Patrick will be running the whole Sprint Cup Series schedule for Stewart-Haas Racing this season after driving for JR Motorsports full-time in Nationwide this past year. She finished 10th in the Nationwide point standings and earned the most popular driver award in that series.

Patrick made her Nationwide debut at Daytona in 2010. Her best finish at this 2.5-mile speedway is 10th, which came in July 2011. In last year's Nationwide season-opener at Daytona, Patrick claimed her first career pole position but finished 38th after being involved in a wreck with then JR Motorsports teammate Cole Whitt just before the halfway point.

James Buescher won the Feb. 2012 Nationwide race at Daytona, driving the Number-30 car for Turner.
