Brandt Snedeker captured the title at the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am on Sunday to vault him to No. 4 in this week's world golf rankings.

Snedeker's fifth career PGA title allowed him to jump up two spots from the sixth position last week.

Rory McIlroy remained atop the rankings and was trailed again by Tiger Woods and Luke Donald, while Justin Rose and Louis Oosthuizen each dropped a spot to fifth and sixth, respectively.

Adam Scott, Lee Westwood, Bubba Watson and Phil Mickelson all stayed put to round out the top 10.

Ian Poulter and Jason Dufner swapped positions this week, with Poulter moving up to the 11th spot and Dufner falling to 12th. Steve Stricker remained at No. 13, while Sergio Garcia and Keegan Bradley also changed places to stand at 14th and 15th.

Charl Schwartzel jumped ahead two spots to advance to No. 16, and Dustin Johnson and Webb Simpson are tied for No. 17. Graeme McDowell and Peter Hanson round out the top 20.

Richard Sterne won the European Tour's Joburg Open to jump ahead 39 spots to No. 55.

The top 64 will take part in next week's WGC - Accenture Match Play Championship. Mickelson has announced he is skipping the event, so Shane Lowry, who is currently 65th, will take his place.
