The Miami Heat will be without center Chris Bosh and guard Ray Allen for Friday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers due to a flu bug that has been going around the team.

Bosh also sat out Wednesday's 114-108 win over Houston with the illness, with Shane Battier drawing the start in the All-Star's place.

Dwyane Wade, who has also been battling a sickness, will be active for Friday's matchup.

Bosh ranks third among Miami players, trailing only LeBron James and Wade, in scoring (17.1 ppg), while his 7.1 rebounds per game are second on the team. Allen is averaging 10.7 points and has shot 42 percent from 3-point range in a sixth-man role during his first season with the Heat.
