The Los Angeles Sparks have signed free agent guard Lindsey Harding, who played with Atlanta the last two seasons.

The deal was announced Tuesday by Sparks general manager Penny Toler. Terms of the multi-year contract were not released.

Harding has averaged 11.2 points and 4.2 assists in six WNBA seasons.

Harding, the No. 1 overall pick by Phoenix in 2007, was traded to Minnesota, where she played two seasons, followed by two years with the Washington Mystics and two years in Atlanta. She led the Dream with 4.5 assists per game last season while averaging 12.3 points.

The guard was an All-Star in 2010 with Washington.

Harding will be reunited with Sparks coach Carol Ross, who was an assistant in her first season in Atlanta.
