Stoke-on-Trent, England (Sports Network) - Brek Shea has inched closer to a move to Premier League side Stoke City after the American winger was granted a work permit on Thursday.
Stoke was successful in obtaining a work permit for the 22-year-old, who has been training with the Potters during the January transfer window.
The club appears set to bring the FC Dallas standout to the Britannia with only minor details to be worked out with Major League Soccer.
