Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving is playing against Golden State despite missing the morning shootaround because he was sick.

"Kyrie is good to go," Cleveland coach Byron Scott said in his pregame press conference.

Irving, who was named an All-Star reserve last week, has been dealing with a lingering bug for several weeks. Scott said he told his young star to stay home Tuesday morning and get rest. Irving was on the court taking shots about an hour before the game as the Cavs try to extend their season-high winning streak to four games against the Warriors.

Irving averaged a league-best 35.7 points in three wins last week and was named Eastern Conference player of the week on Monday. Irving hit a 3-pointer in the final second on Saturday night to beat Toronto.
