Top-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska was a straight-set winner Friday and advanced to the final at the ASB Classic tennis event.

Radwanska needed a pair of tiebreakers to upend American Jamie Hampton, 7-6 (7-4), 7-6 (7-3). The 2012 Wimbledon runner-up will meet Belgian Yanina Wickmayer in Saturday's final.

The third-seeded Wickmayer advanced with a 6-4, 1-6, 7-6 (7-3) triumph over Germany's Mona Barthel to reach her third Auckland final. She won the title in 2010 and was the runner-up in 2011.

Saturday's final will be the third meeting between Radwanska and Wickmayer.

Radwanska earned a 6-4, 6-4 win at the 2011 French Open, but Wickmayer prevailed with a 1-6, 7-6 (8-6), 7-5 triumph at the 2010 Fed Cup.

Wickmayer will be trying for her fourth career title and first since capturing this tournament three years ago. Radwanska is 10-4 lifetime in finals, including a 3-2 mark last year.

This event serves as a tune-up for the Australian Open, which starts January 14.
