Six home games, including one against Richmond football coach Danny Rocco's former school, highlight the Spiders' 12-game schedule in 2013.

The Spiders are coming off an 8-3 season that saw them improve by five wins from 2011 and earn a share of the CAA Football title in Rocco's first season.

Rocco will face his former team for the first time when Liberty visits Robins Stadium on Sept. 21. He compiled a 47-20 record with four Big South Conference titles during a six-season span with the Flames from 2006-11.

Richmond's other home games will be against VMI (Aug. 31) in non-conference action, and Maine (Sept. 28), Towson (Oct. 26), Albany (Nov. 2) and William & Mary (Nov. 23) in the CAA.

The Spiders' road games will be against North Carolina State (Sept. 7) and Gardner-Webb (Sept. 14) in non-conference games, and James Madison (Oct. 12), Rhode Island (Oct. 19), Stony Brook (Nov. 9) and Delaware (Nov. 16) in the CAA.
