Everton duo Kevin Mirallas and Tony Hibbert will both be out of action for a few weeks, according to manager David Moyes.

Mirallas had recently recovered from a hamstring injury that sidelined him for a month, but the Belgium international sustained a recurrence of the problem in last week's 2-1 win over Tottenham.

"It looks like we'll lose Kevin for a few weeks. It's a really big blow - anyone who watched the game last week can see that," said Moyes.

"His hamstring isn't right so it looks like we'll have to take more time over it so it will probably keep him out for a while."

Hibbert has struggled with a calf issue for much of the season and will have surgery to correct the problem next week.

The injury has limited Hibbert to five league matches this season, while Mirallas has tallied one goal and two assists in 11 appearances.
