Otto Porter had 22 points to lead No. 15 Georgetown to an 89-53 rout of the Longwood Lancers.

Markel Starks hit four 3-pointers and had 17 points, while Nate Lubick gave six points to go along with seven assists for the Hoyas (8-1), who have won five straight since an overtime loss to Indiana on Nov. 20.

Jeylani Dublin gave 11 points and six rebounds, while Michael Kessens added 10 points for the Lancers (2-7), who have dropped three of their last four.

After Longwood got the opening bucket of the game, it was all Georgetown as the team scored the next nine points and never trailed from there.

The Lancers cut the deficit to five a couple of times, with Tristan Carey hitting two free throws with 9 1/2 minutes to play in the half to make it a 15-10 game, but Lubick answered with a layup and Starks followed with a 3- pointer.

Another 9-0 run later in the first half helped Georgetown take a 40-24 lead into the break.

The Hoyas began the second half with a 12-3 run, capped on a 3-pointer from Starks for a 52-27 lead less than three minutes in.

Georgetown's lead never fell below 27 points the rest of the way.
