PSG received goals from four different scorers to cruise to a 4-0 defeat of Evian at the Parc des Princes on Saturday.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic opened the scoring for PSG in the 28th minute before Ezequiel Lavezzi doubled the advantage three minutes later.

PSG held that the two-goal edge until the closing stages when easy finishes from Thiago Motta in the 84th and Kavein Gameiro in the 86th sealed an emphatic victory that lifts the club to 29 points, two points shy of first- place Lyon.

Evian's four-game unbeaten run comes to an end, leaving the club stuck on 16 points through as many games.

Montpellier 3, Ajaccio 0

Montpellier, France - John Utaka, Remy Cabella and Younes Belhanda scored and Montpellier defeated Ajaccio, 3-0, for its second win in its last three games in Ligue 1.

Montpellier inched closer to a place in the top half as the defending champion climbed to 12th place on 20 points from 16 matches.

Ajaccio lost for the second time during a four-game winless run and is 17th on 16 points.

Rennes 2, Brest 2

Rennes, France - Benoit Lesoimier and Charlison Benshop scored late in the second half as Brest earned a 2-2 draw at Rennes on Saturday in Ligue 1.

Julien Feret and Romain Alessandrini scored earlier in the half for Rennes, but Lesoimier pulled the first back in the 71st minute and Benshop followed in the 87th to split the points.

Rennes is sixth in the standings, while Brest is just two points out of the bottom three in 14th place.

Sochaux 1, Lille 1

Montbeliard, France - Yassin Mikari answered a goal from Nolan Roux after just two minutes, as Sochaux earned a 1-1 draw Saturday against Lille in Ligue 1.

Nolan Roux scored in the 62nd minute to open the scoring for Lille, but Mikari responded in the 64th and Sochaux held on for a point despite a red card to Loic Poujol in the 79th.

Lille, winless in four straight, is 10th in the standings. Sochaux is 16th and out of the bottom three on goal differential.

Troyes 1, Nice 1

Troyes, France - Dario Cvitanich scored in stoppage time as Nice tied Troyes, 1-1, on Saturday to extend its Ligue 1 undefeated streak to seven games.

Stephane Darbion gave one-win Troyes the lead just after the half-hour mark, but a goal from Cvitanich came just in time to rescue a point for Nice.

Nice is ninth in the standings, while Troyes is off the bottom only on goal differential.

Nancy 1, Valenciennes 1

Nancy, France - Last-place Nancy secured its fourth straight draw Saturday, as Jordan Loties scored in a 1-1 draw against Valenciennes in Ligue 1.

Nancy was in line for its second win this season, but a Massadio Haidara own goal 17 minutes from time helped fifth-place Valenciennes escape with a point.
