T.J. Price scored 23 points and grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds and Western Kentucky rallied from a 13-point, second-half deficit to edge Troy 75-71 Saturday night in Sun Belt Conference action.

The Hilltoppers (6-2, 2-0), who won their fourth straight game, trailed 66-54 with 9:57 left.

The Trojans (4-5, 0-2) then made only one field goal and two free throws in the next 9 minutes. Layups by George Fant and Teeng Akol gave Western Kentucky a 73-70 lead with 1:13 left.

Troy's Ray Chambers made 1 of 2 free throws, then Price hit two foul shots with 2 seconds left.

The Hilltoppers have won eight of the last 12 games they have trailed at halftime after losing 12 straight in a similar situation.

Antonie Myers led Troy with 20 points, including seven on a 14-0 first-half run.

Price scored 10 points in 3½ minutes to make it 43-35 at halftime.
