A'uston Calhoun turned in a double-double and Bowling Green took a 68-54 victory from Division II Alabama-Huntsville Tuesday in an NIT Season Tip-Off consolation game.

Calhoun had 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Falcons (2-3), who outrebounded the Chargers 37-23.

Chauncey Orr chipped in 11 points and Jordon Crawford 10 for Bowling Green.

Alabama-Huntsville (3-3) jumped to a 17-10 lead, but Bowling Green clawed back and took a 25-23 advantage on Calhoun's 3-pointer with 4:10 left in the first half. The Falcons led 37-31 by halftime and then used a 10-0 run early in the second half to stretch the advantage.

The Chargers shot 52.2 percent (12 of 23) from the field in the first half, but dropped to 29.2 percent (7 of 24) after halftime.

Conner Blasi led Alabama-Huntsville with 14 points, while Wayne Dedrick had 13 and Ronnie Mack had 11.
