Lyon moved to the top of Ligue 1 on Sunday after securing a 3-0 home victory over Reims.

Results on Saturday left the door open for Lyon to climb to the summit of Ligue 1, and the hosts got a fortunate bounce just before halftime to take the lead.

Anthony Reveillere drove a low cross to the near post, but Reims defender Anthony Weber redirected the ball into his own net before it got to Alexandre Lacazette.

The incident was nearly duplicated in the 73rd minute when Lyon's Steed Malbranque fired in a cross of his own which Reims midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak inadvertently deflected off his own crossbar.

The ball didn't go directly into the net, sparing Reims another own goal, but Bafetimbi Gomis was on hand to knock home the rebound.

Lisandro Lopez then added a third goal just before the final whistle, leaving the club one point clear of second-place Bordeaux.

Bordeaux 1, Marseille 0

Bordeaux, France - Bordeaux moved into second place in Ligue 1 on Sunday as the home side denied Marseille a place at the top of the league with a 1-0 victory at the Chaban Delmas Stadium.

PSG's 2-1 defeat against Rennes on Saturday gave Marseille the chance to move past the capital side.

However, Yoan Gouffran's 52nd-minute goal was decisive as he got to the near post and latched on to a low cross from Benoit Tremoulinas to beat goalkeeper Steve Mandanda at close range.

Marseille had a player sent off in stoppage time as the club was pushing for an equalizer when Lucas Mendes brought down Ludovic Obraniak, who was through on goal.

Nice 1, Toulouse 0

Nice, France - A second-half goal from Dario Cvitanich was enough to lift Nice to a 1-0 win over Toulouse, which continues to slip down the Ligue 1 table.

The result is the third straight defeat for Toulouse, while Nice climbs to 11th place in the league.

Toulouse had the best chance in a scoreless first half when Jean-Daniel Akpa Akpro saw his shot come back off the post. However, it was Nice that jumped into the lead on the hour mark when a free kick from Valentin Eysseric fell to the feet of Cvitanich, who easily finished off the play with a right-footed shot.

The visitors had one final chance to snatch a point in the final minutes but a header from Daniel Braaten crashed off the post, leaving Nice with three points.
