Rex Ryan says it feels as though the New York Jets haven't won in "forever" and acknowledges that his struggling team is "desperate" for a victory Sunday at St. Louis.

The Jets (3-6) have lost three straight, with their last win coming against Indianapolis on Oct. 14 — more than a month ago. New York is in last place in the AFC East and could see its fading playoff hopes take a serious hit if the Jets lose to the Rams (3-5-1), who haven't won since beating Arizona on Oct. 4.

After facing the Rams, the Jets play the division-leading Patriots on Thanksgiving night.

Cornerback Antonio Cromartie echoes Ryan's assessment of the game at St. Louis, saying: "For us, we have to win."
