Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick left Sunday's game against the Cowboys after suffering a concussion in the second quarter.

Vick threw a touchdown pass on the first drive of the game, but took a pair of hits on consecutive plays early in the second quarter. He was seen talking to team trainers on the sideline and was taken into the locker room to undergo tests for a concussion.

The oft-injured Vick has not missed a game all season, though he has only played a full 16-game slate one time during his 10-year career (2006).

Nick Foles, Philadelphia's third-round draft pick out of Arizona last April, made his NFL debut midway through the second quarter and threw an incomplete pass on his first attempt.

Foles played the rest of the game and completed 22-of-32 passes for 219 yards with a touchdown, but threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown and also lost a fumble that was recovered by Dallas in the end zone.

The Eagles lost, 38-23.
