The Cleveland Browns activated defensive tackle Phillip Taylor from the physically unable to perform list on Friday, making him eligible to play against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

After a stellar rookie campaign, Taylor returns to the Browns' defensive line. The 24-year-old required surgery to repair a torn left pectoral muscle, which he suffered while lifting weights during a team training program in August.

The 21st pick in the 2011 NFL draft started all 16 games for Cleveland last season, registering 59 total tackles, four sacks and a forced fumble.

In addition, the Browns signed defensive lineman Ronnie Cameron from the practice squad and placed defensive lineman Brian Sanford on injured reserve.
