Boston, MA – The Boston Celtics signed guard Leandro Barbosa Thursday.
Barbosa averaged 11.1 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game through 64 contests between the Toronto Raptors and Indiana Pacers last season.
A nine-year veteran and former Sixth Man of the Year, Barbosa has career averages of 12.5 points, 2.4 assists and 2.3 rebounds over 588 games (109 starts) with the Phoenix Suns, Raptors and Pacers.
