Santa Clara, CA – San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mario Manningham and left tackle Joe Staley are both listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Manningham has been limited in practice this week with a shoulder injury. He has 24 catches for 258 yards and one touchdown in six games this season.
Staley was limited in practice the last two days with a concussion he sustained in Sunday's 26-3 loss to the New York Giants.
Running back Brandon Jacobs (knee) is also questionable.
