Arizona lost quarterback Kevin Kolb, then lost its eight-game home winning streak.
Kolb was injured with just over two minutes left in Sunday's game when he tried to fall forward and two Bills players landed on him. He lay on the field for several minutes as medical personnel attended to him, then gingerly walked off after a cart was waved off.
Kolb lost a tight battle to be Arizona's starter to open the season, but started four games after John Skelton sprained his right ankle in the opener against Seattle.
Skelton, active for the first time since his injury, replaced Kolb in Sunday's game.
In Baltimore, the Ravens had two costly injuries — to linebacker Ray Lewis and cornerback Lardarius Webb. Lewis, the Ravens' emotional leader, hurt his triceps in the 31-29 win over Dallas.
Webb banged his knee in a first-quarter collision with Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant. Webb remained prone on the field for several minutes before being helped to the sideline.
The team originally labeled the injury a "sprain," but after Baltimore's 31-29 victory, coach John Harbaugh painted a potentially darker picture.
"Lardarius Webb does not look good right now," Harbaugh said. "It's a potential ACL. We've got a problem there. We don't know for sure, but that's what it looks like right now."
Ravens safely Bernard Pollard added, "That's what happens in this game. You hate to see a guy like that go down because he's worked his tail off. Our prayers are with him to get a speedy recovery, but the next man has to step up."
Now in his fourth season, Webb has one interception, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery in six games this year.
Also in that game, Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray was removed with a left foot injury. He carried 14 times for 93 yards but did not get the ball after the 11-minute mark of the third period. The extent of the injury was not immediately known.
Vikings running back Adrian Peterson ran for 79 yards but at times was limping on his sprained left ankle against Washington.
Redskins S Jordan Pugh left the fourth quarter twice with a head injury. The Redskins say he was cleared to return after the first injury, then was diagnosed with a concussion after the second one.
In Sunday night's game, Texans defensive end Tim Jamison left Sunday night's game against Green Bay with a right Achilles injury and the team said he would not return.
The 6-foot-3, 285-pound Jamison played in each of the Texans' first five games, backing up J.J. Watt. Jamison had nine tackles, including a sack, and a deflected pass this season.
Packers linebacker Nick Perry left in the second quarter with a knee injury and was out for the game. Perry was the Packers' fifth-leading tackler (28) and had two sacks through the first five games. Green Bay middle linebacker D.J. Smith limped off the field later in the second quarter with a right knee injury and also was out for the game.
Texans right guard Antoine Caldwell left before halftime with a concussion.
Packers running back Brandon Saine injured a knee playing special teams.
Earlier, the Jets lost two running backs in four plays.
Joe McKnight was hurt on a 61-yard run, three plays after Bilal Powell was lost with a shoulder injury. Both McKnight and Powell were scheduled to have MRI exams Monday.
San Francisco left tackle Joe Staley left with a concussion in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the 49ers.
In Cleveland, rookie running back Trent Richardson was hurt when he took a helmet to the side early in the game, but the Browns got their first win of the season anyway, 34-24 over the Bengals.
Richardson finished with 37 yards on 14 carries and spent most of the second half on the sideline. But Richardson's backup, Montario Hardesty, picked up the slack and rushed for 56 yards and scored his first touchdown in the NFL as the Browns (1-5) also snapped a 12-game losing streak inside the AFC North.
"I took a shot, but I'll be back," said Richardson. "I'll be ready for next week."
