The Minnesota Twins just finished their second straight season with more than 90 losses. After the first one, the normally patient and loyal owners fired general manager Bill Smith.

The changes may not be quite as extreme this time around. But changes are expected nonetheless.

First among the moves could be some changes to manager Ron Gardenhire's coaching staff. The group has been together for years and Gardenhire says he'd like to keep them around. But several could be on the move as management tries to bring some fresh voices to the clubhouse.

GM Terry Ryan says many players on the roster will be considered as part of trades to address the team's major needs in the starting rotation.
