Miami, FL – The Miami Heat signed guard Garrett Temple on Thursday.
Temple has appeared in 51 NBA games with five different teams over the past three seasons.
After splitting the 2009-10 season between the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets and Sacramento Kings, Temple returned to the Spurs in the following season after starting the season with the Milwaukee Bucks, but ended his 2010-11 campaign playing for the Charlotte Bobcats.
For his career, Temple has averaged 3.8 points, 1.1 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 11.1 minutes per game.
