New Orleans, LA – New Orleans Saints wide receiver Devery Henderson left Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins with an apparant head injury.
Following an 11-yard reception in the third quarter, Henderson's only one of the game, he was hit hard by DeAngelo Hall and Madieu Williams.
Henderson stayed on the ground for a few minutes before he sat up and walked to the sidelines with the aid of trainers.
