The Los Angeles Dodgers reinstated Matt Guerrier from the 60-day disabled list and optioned pitcher Josh Wall to Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday.

Guerrier, who landed on the DL on April 19 with elbow inflammation, made five rehab appearances at Single-A Rancho Cucamonga. He allowed two runs over five innings and struck out five without issuing a walk.

The 34-year-old Guerrier posted an 0-1 record with a 2.70 earned run average in seven games this season.

Wall was recalled from Albuquerque on Monday and appeared in three games. He gave up three runs in just 2 1/3 innings.

Additionally, the Dodgers transferred shortstop Dee Gordon to the 60-day disabled list. Gordon, who landed on the 15-day DL on July 5 with an injured right thumb, is eligible to return Sept. 3.
