Tony Romo threw for 198 yards and two touchdowns on 9-of-13 passing on Saturday as the Dallas Cowboys hung on for a 20-19 win over the St. Louis Rams on Saturday in preseason action.

Kyle Orton threw for 99 yards on 9-of-12 passing and Felix Jones rushed for 34 yards on six carries. Dwayne Harris had a big day through the air, catching three passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns, while Kevin Ogletree hauled in five passes for 75 yards.

Sam Bradford completed just 6-of-17 passing for 64 yards, while Kellen Clemens threw for 69 yards and a score on 6-of-9 passing. Daryl Richardson ran for 51 yards on 10 carries and Chase Reynolds ran for a touchdown. Austin Pettis caught a touchdown pass in the loss for the Rams.

Dallas opened the scoring as the offense took the ball 60 yards in 13 plays before Dan Bailey banged a 38-yard field goal through the uprights to give the Cowboys the early lead,

The Cowboys struck again on just the second play of their next drive as Romo connected with Harris over the middle for a 61-yard touchdown strike and a 10-0 lead.

On the first play of the Rams ensuing drive, Bradford connected with Lance Kendricks for 26 yards to the Dallas 34 and Greg Zuerlein capped the short five-play drive with a 55-yard field goal to cut the deficit to 10-3 late in the first quarter.

Romo hit Harris with a 38-yard touchdown pass with less than a minute remaining in the first quarter to push the lead to 17-3.

The Rams began their first drive of the second quarter on the Dallas 38 thanks to a fumble recovery and Zuerlein hit a 52-yard field goal to cut the Cowboys' lead to 17-6.

The Cowboys, though, closed out the first half with an 11-play, 82-yard drive that culminated with another field goal from Bailey -- this one of the 31-yard variety -- to give Dallas a 20-6 lead at the break.

After a scoreless third frame, the Rams put up 13 points in the final quarter on a two-yard touchdown strike from Clemens to Pettis and a four-yard TD scamper by Reynolds. Reynolds' score came with just over two minutes to play, and the Rams were unable to recover the onside kick.
