Mankato, MN – Minnesota Vikings rookie wide receiver Greg Childs suffered a torn patellar tendon on his right and left knees near the end of Saturday's night practice.
He is expected to have them surgically repaired within the next few days and will be lost for the season.
Childs was picked by the Vikings in the fourth round of the 2012 draft.
