The Los Angeles Dodgers acquired reliever Brandon League from the Seattle Mariners on Monday in exchange for a pair of prospects.

League, an All-Star in 2011, is 0-5 with nine saves and a 3.63 earned run average in 46 games with the Mariners this season. He has posted a 2.70 ERA over his last 18 appearances.

The 29-year-old righty is 17-27 with 54 saves and a 3.69 ERA in 349 career games with the Blue Jays and Mariners.

In exchange for League, Seattle received outfielder Leon Landry and right- handed pitcher Logan Bawcom.

Landry, 22, was a third-round draft pick by the Dodgers in 2010. He was batting .328 with eight homers and 51 RBI in 80 games for Rancho Cucamonga (High-A) entering Monday.

Bawcom, 23, has gone 4-4 with 20 saves and a 2.03 ERA in 39 relief appearances with Rancho Cucamonga (High-A) and Double-A Chattanooga this season. He was selected in the 17th round of the first-year player draft by Los Angeles in 2010.
