Nigeria wins Olympic men's basketball opener

Alade Aminu scored 15 points and pulled down nine rebounds, helping Nigeria beat Tunisia, 60-56, in the Olympic men's basketball opener.

Ike Diogu added 13 points and 10 boards for Nigeria. Al-Farouq Aminu, who played for the New Orleans Hornets last season, donated 10 points and nine rebounds.

Amine Rzig ended with 18 points for Tunisia. Marouan Kechrid and Makram Ben Romdhane had 12 points apiece.
