Jake Roos fired a nine-under 63 on Sunday to force a playoff with Justin Harding at the Lombard Insurance Classic.

Harding, last year's winner, closed with a five-under 67 to join Roos at 17- under-par 199 at Royal Swazi Golf Club.

Roos two-putted for par on the first playoff hole to beat Harding, who missed the green right with his approach shot. Roos won for the second time this year, and fourth time in his career on the Sunshine Tour.

Roos had four birdies and a bogey on the front nine to make the turn at 11- under. He poured in three birdies in a four-hole span from the 10th.

The 31-year-old South African closed his stellar round with a chip-in eagle on 17 and a birdie at the last.

Harding had three birdies and a bogey on the front nine to make the turn at minus-14. After birdies at 11 and 13, he wrapped bogeys at 14 and 16 around a birdie on the 15.

The two-time winner on the Sunshine Tour then eagled the 17th to join Roos in the lead. Harding could only par the last and it was off to the playoff.

Andrew Georgiou, who shared the 36-hole lead with Harding, managed a two-under 70 to end alone in third at minus-14. Mark Murless (68) and Jacques Blaauw (70) shared fourth at 12-under-par 204.
