Colts sign third-round pick Hilton

Indianapolis, IN – The Indianapolis Colts have signed wide receiver T.Y. Hilton, the club's third-round pick in the 2012 draft.

Hilton started 37 of 50 games in four seasons at Florida International and finished his career with 229 receptions for 3,531 yards and 24 touchdowns. He had 72 catches for 1,038 yards in his senior season.

Also an accomplished kick returner and runner, Hilton added four touchdowns on kickoff returns and two more scores on punt returns. He also ran for seven touchdowns.

His total of 7,498 all-purpose yards ranks fifth in NCAA FBS history.
