Anne-Lise Caudal birdied the second playoff hole Sunday to defeat Laura Davies and win the Ladies German Open on the Ladies European Tour.

Caudal poured in a nine-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole at Golfpark Gut Hausern. Davies missed from 12 feet to give Caudal a chance and the Frenchwoman capitalized.

This was Caudal's second LET victory and first since the 2008 Portugal Open.

Caudal and Davies both posted rounds of five-under 67 on Sunday to finish regulation tied at 13-under 275.

Third-round leader Rebecca Hudson, who was one of three in first at the start of the final round, managed a one-under 71, but it dropped her into third at minus-11.

Bree Arthur was one of the other leaders after Saturday's third round. She struggled to a one-over 73 and shared fourth place with Felicity Johnson (64) and Trish Johnson (68). The trio finished at nine-under 279.

Pernilla Lindberg was the final leader and she carded a two-over 74 to fall into a large group tied for seventh at eight-under par.
