Queen Underwood's shot at landing on the US Olympic Women's Boxing team is out of her hands.

Underwood, a 28-year-old Seattle native, dropped her third bout at the 2012 Women's World Championships in Qinhuangdao, China, a one-point decision on Tuesday that ended her hopes of qualifying for London at the tournament.

She is now forced to wait and see if the Tripartite Commission will grant her a spot in the Games after failing to win one on her own at the qualifier.

Underwood lost to Norway's Ingrid Egner in a tough bout. According to GirlBoxing, despite being down 20-15 going into the final round, Underwood rallied in the final two minutes but her attempt fell short at 26-25.
