The Golden State Warriors on Saturday offered status updates on guard Stephen Curry and center Andrew Bogut.

Curry, who has missed the last 24 games with a sprained right ankle, will have arthroscopic surgery on that ankle next Wednesday in southern California, an exploratory procedure by Dr. Richard Ferkel which will see team doctor Kenneth Hunt involved in the process.

Bogut, sidelined for the last 23 games -- well before the Warriors acquired him from the Bucks on March 13 -- thanks to a fractured left ankle, will also have arthroscopic surgery next Friday in the same location and also by Ferkel.

Timetables for both players' recovery and rehabilitation will be set following their respective surgeries, but both are expected to be ready for training camp next year.

For Bogut, that means he will not be able to represent his home nation of Australia in the upcoming London Summer Olympic Games.
