Liverpool, England – Liverpool has recalled goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi from his loan spell at Hull City to serve as the backup to Brad Jones for the club's FA Cup semifinal against Everton on Saturday.
Both Pepe Reina and Doni, Liverpool's top two goalkeepers, are suspended for Saturday's game after being sent off in respective matches.
The 21-year-old Gulacsi was on a season-long loan at Hull but he picked up a knee injury and has been unable to get back his place in the side.
Gulacsi's last appearance for Hull came Dec. 31, and he has yet to feature in a first-team contest for Liverpool.
