PSG let its grip of first place in Ligue 1 slip away on Sunday as it was held to one point in a 1-1 draw with Bordeaux at the Parc des Princes.

Despite going unbeaten in its last 14 league games, dropping four points from its last two matches has taken PSG out of sole possession of top spot as it sits tied with Montpellier on 60 points. Montpellier holds the edge on goal differential.

The two goals came just four minutes apart in the second half as Cheick Diabate gave visiting Bordeaux an unlikely lead in the 77th minute. But PSG was able to salvage a point as it quickly equalized through Guillaume Hoarau.

Bordeaux has drawn two straight to improve to 41 points and climb to eighth place in the French top flight.

PSG will look to rebound in its next outing when it faces a Nancy side that has taken 10 points from its last four matches.

Dijon improves to 33 points, five points above the drop zone, while Caen, without a win in its last five league games, sits just one point from danger with 29 points on the season.

Toulouse 1, Auxerre 0
