Tim Wheeler had a game-ending two-run homer after the Dodgers scored four in the top of the ninth to tie it, leading the Colorado Rockies to an 8-6 win over a Los Angeles split squad Saturday.

Tyler Colvin Colvin hit a two-run shot in the eighth and Andrew Brown homered and had an RBI double for the Rockies.

Andre Ethier had a pair of doubles for the Dodgers and he scored in the fourth on Tony Gwynn's RBI single. Tim Federowicz and Jeff Baisley had RBI doubles in a four-run ninth off Colorado closer Rafael Betancourt.

Jeremy Guthrie, projected to be Colorado's opening-day starter, allowed four hits and an unearned run over 4 2-3 innings and had an RBI single. Guthrie has allowed three earned runs in 11 2-3 innings over three starts.

Los Angeles starter Nathan Eovaldi tossed three scoreless innings, allowing four hits, all singles.
