Newport Beach, CA – Mark Calcavecchia carded a four-under 67 stroke lead after two rounds of the Toshiba Classic.
Calcavecchia, who earned his lone Champions Tour win last year, finished 36 holes at eight-under-par 134.
Loren Roberts (70) and 2010 champion Fred Couples (69) are tied for second place at minus-six.
Bernhard Langer, one of three first-round co-leaders, managed a one-over 72 to slide into a share of fourth at five-under-par 137. Langer, the 2008 winner, stands alongside Mark McNulty (70) and David Eger (71) at Newport Beach Country Club.
The second round was completed despite a pair of weather delays.
