With Ryo Ishikawa breathing down his neck, George McNeill birdied the final three holes to win the Puerto Rico Open by two shots.

McNeill, who won for the second time on the PGA Tour, closed with a three- under 69. He finished at 16-under-par 272.

Ishikawa, the highest-ranked player in the field at world No. 53, carded a four-under 68 to take second place at minus-14. It was Ishikawa's best finish on the PGA Tour.

His previous best was a share of fourth at last year's WGC - Bridgestone Invitational.

Boo Weekley fired a six-under 66 to finish at 13-under-par 275. He was joined in third place on the Composite Course at Trump International Golf Club by Henrik Stenson (71).

Scott Brown (70) and Matt Jones (71) shared fifth place at minus-12.
