Loretto, PA – Saint Francis University is expected to hire former Mercyhurst College assistant Eric Long as its new offensive coordinator.
Long has spent the last five seasons at Mercyhurst, including the last four as offensive coordinator and receivers/tight end coach. In 2010, he also took on the role of recruiting coordinator.
He is a 2004 graduate of St. John Fisher College.
Saint Francis finished 2-9 last season. Coach Chris Villarrial's Red Flash kick off the season Sept. 1 at James Madison.
