Carmelo Anthony scored 17 points, leading the 83 preseason win over the New Jersey Nets on Saturday.

Renaldo Balkman finished with a game-high 20 points, while Amare Stoudemire added 10 points and six rebounds in the victory. Offseason acquisition Tyson Chandler had four points, four rebounds, two blocks and three steals.

Iman Shumpert -- the Knicks' 17th overall selection out of Georgia Tech -- had 16 points on 6-of-11 shooting.

Brook Lopez posted a double-double of 15 points and 11 boards for the Nets, while Anthony Morrow also had 15 points.

Marshon Brooks -- the 25th overall selection in June's draft -- added 10 points and Deron Williams finished with nine points, six assists and six turnovers.

Former Knick Shawne Williams, who signed with the Nets on Thursday, did not play due to flu-like symptoms.
