Coetzee and James capture Gary Player Invitational

Ballito, South Africa – George Coetzee and Mark James under 61 on Sunday to win the Gary Player Invitational by four strokes.

Coetzee and James shot a 19-under 125 over the two rounds at Zimbali Lodge & Country Club to win the tournament by four strokes. Jaco Van Zyl and Ian Woosnam (65) finished a distant second at 15-under 129.

Peter Hanson/Sally Little (64) and Carly Booth/David Russell (63) tied for third at 13-under 131, and Jesper Parnevik/Roger Wessels (65) took fifth at minus-10.

There were eight teams in all, and tournament host Gary Player teamed with James Kamte and finished last in eighth at seven-under 137.
