Hokies' leading tackler lost for season

Blacksburg, VA – Virginia Tech leading tackler Bruce Taylor will miss the remainder of the season because of a foot injury.

Taylor was hurt during this past Saturday's game against Boston College. He suffered a Lisfranc sprain in his right foot and will undergo surgery this week.

The redshirt junior linebacker was leading the team with 53 total tackles and was second on the team with five sacks. He also had seven tackles for loss and a team-high 16 quarterback hurries for the 15th-ranked Hokies.
