Michal Kadlec converted a penalty kick in 2, on Saturday in a Euro 2012 qualifier that included three goals in the final 12 minutes.
Kenny Miller scored late in the first half to stake Scotland to the lead, but Jaroslav Plasil pulled the Czech Republic level on 78 minutes. Darren Fletcher restored Scotland's lead in the 82nd, but Kadlec answered from the spot.
The Czech Republic stayed second in the group, five points behind first-place Spain, and maintained a five-point edge on Scotland and Lithuania.
The match at Hampden Park was the lone Euro 2012 qualifier Saturday, with most games played Friday and more scheduled for Tuesday.
